Job summary

Aureol Global Connections seeks an Electrical Engineer to design, develop, install, test, commission, and maintain electrical systems for construction, industrial, commercial, or manufacturing projects.

The role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient electrical systems that comply with IEC, NEC, IEEE, NFPA, and local regulations, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and power systems.
• Experience with AutoCAD Electrical, ETAP or EPLAN for design and analysis.
• Ability to design, analyze, and troubleshoot electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, control, and automation systems.
• Prepare and review electrical drawings, schematics, single-line diagrams, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Perform electrical load calculations, equipment sizing, and cable sizing.
• Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot electrical system issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients for project execution.
• Prepare technical reports, engineering calculations, project documentation, and cost estimates.
• Review contractor submittals, method statements, and material specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, international standards, and HSE policies.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical equipment.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessments.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to technicians and junior engineers.
• Perform other engineering duties as assigned.
