Job description

eDiscovery Manager

Location: London (hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced e-Discovery Manager for a leading international firm with an excellent reputation. The firm is currently experiencing growth and development in their Digital Services offering.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Complete understanding of the legal framework of eDiscovery, including exchange protocols and best practices across the full EDRM model.
  2. High-level experience in consulting and using advanced eDiscovery tools such as GenAI, Continuous Active Learning (CAL)/TAR workflows, clustering, and search term analysis.
  3. Managing multiple eDiscovery matters, prioritizing tasks, and identifying the most efficient workflows.
  4. Collaborating within a team in a fast-paced, solutions-focused environment to meet deadlines.
  5. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
  6. Attention to detail and ability to develop quality assurance practices.
  7. Experience leading teams and coaching junior members.
  8. Proven troubleshooting skills for technical and non-technical issues, with the ability to implement clear, repeatable solutions.
  9. Proficiency with document review platforms such as Relativity, Nuix Discover, and Reveal.
  10. Relativity Custom Development experience is advantageous.
  11. High IT skills, including knowledge of Cloud/M365 administration.
  12. Experience in data scoping and collection exercises, with relevant certifications being beneficial.
  13. Knowledge of eDiscovery functionalities in M365 and Google Workspace is helpful.
