Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage, particularly with forklifts or counterbalance machinery.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration and customer inquiries.
• Comfortable using computers and willing to learn warehouse management systems.
• Capable of handling manual tasks and lifting up to 30kg safely.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and packing orders from different sections of the store.
• Ensuring orders are labeled correctly and ready for dispatch.
• Picking and preparing Click & Collect orders for customers.
• Updating stock records and managing stock issues.
• Handling order-related queries through Zendesk.
• Carrying out daily manual handling tasks.
• Ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Organizing and preparing sample orders for shipment.
