E-commerce Sales Administrator – £28,000 + Benefits – Manchester

The Role

Do you have proven experience in e-commerce and stock control? Are you confident working with audio-visual products, from DJ gear to professional lighting and video equipment?

SBS Audio Visual is a specialist provider of high-quality AV equipment, supplying DJs, sound engineers, venues, and creative professionals. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Sales Administrator to manage our online sales channels and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Manchester. You will oversee our e-commerce operations, from product listings and order fulfilment to online marketing support. You will also ensure our website and online marketplaces are accurate, engaging, and optimised for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

The Person

• Minimum 2 years’ e-commerce administration experience (AV industry essential)
• Skilled in stock control and inventory management
• Confident using platforms such as PrestaShop and WordPress
• Graphic design ability and basic HTML/CSS knowledge
• Strong IT and Excel skills
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• Detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Holds a full driver’s licence (preferred)
