The NRS team manages and expands our presence across marketplaces like TikTok shop, Amazon, eBay, beauty pureplayers, and new business models. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing team experiencing double-digit growth.

Responsibilities
  • Lead growth and expansion of NRS in the UK, reviewing and adapting strategies for 'where to play' and 'how to win'.
  • Manage existing relationships and develop new strategic partnerships.
  • Build and execute commercial and marketing plans to enhance online brand equity.
  • Develop distributor relationships to incentivize growth.
  • Review and expand our 2P model in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Amazon team to develop comprehensive marketplace strategies.
  • Lead customer strategy development and initiatives, including online events, NPD launches, and campaigns.
  • Work with finance and supply teams to identify scalable supply models.
  • Own end-to-end P&L to deliver sales growth, profitability, and market share.
  • Manage TMI/BMI spend to meet targets and forecast growth opportunities.
  • Build team talent and capability, developing a direct report and inspiring broader teams.
