We have a fantastic opportunity arisen for a full-time e-Commerce & New Goods Manager to join our busy trading team.

Job Location

Based in Short Street in Southend on Sea, this role will manage and develop our e-Commerce team, increasing revenue and profit for the charity, and oversee our online retail sales.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and develop the e-Commerce team.
2. Manage online retail sales platforms such as eBay and Vinted.
3. Source and procure new goods for online and in-store sales.
4. Collaborate with retail teams to generate stock opportunities, incentives, and promotions.
5. Develop and implement an e-commerce strategy to grow and diversify online offerings, maximize traffic, and increase sales.
6. Produce financial reports and understand financial targets.
7. Occasional weekend and bank holiday work may be required during peak trading periods.
