E-COMMERCE MERCHANDISER (athleisure / sports brands)

CENTRAL MANCHESTER (FULL TIME HEAD OFFICE BASED)

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced E-commerce Junior Merchandiser to work on their BENCH & NICCE websites for this fast-growing branded apparel business. You will support the team in planning for stock intake and sales to ensure the right stock is available at the right time and price. You will control and manage stock intake and assist with stock-related queries, including bespoke pricing and costings. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as an e-commerce merchandiser and possess good analytical Excel skills.

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 Per Annum

Duties include:

• Maintaining and updating system data, completing analysis and reports as required.
• Managing stock intake, verifying documents for accuracy, and tracking products according to the critical path and trading needs.
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting requirements to stakeholders.
• Ensuring seasonal buys are placed on the system.
• Managing the trading calendar focusing on KPIs.
• Maintaining 96%+ product availability rates.
• Chasing suppliers to ensure timely stock receipt and meeting critical deadlines.
• Managing the intake margin.
• Producing weekly reports, highlighting potential missed sales and stock issues.
• Monitoring critical path to meet intake dates.
• Conducting adhoc analysis as required by management.
