An established industry player is seeking an E-Commerce Executive to join their dynamic team in Gartcosh. E-Commerce Executive – Gartcosh, Glasgow

Carbeth Plants are recruiting for a new E-Commerce / Online / Digital Executive. This permanent role will suit an experienced e-Commerce executive / online sales assistant / Digital Marketing Executive / Online Marketing Assistant who is looking for their next challenge.

Working in a small team, this all-round role’s duties will include (but not be limited to):

Manage & optimise the listings on multiple, online platforms
Update & create content on various online platforms
Keyword research and insights
Ensure branding maintained
Reporting with Google Analytics and marketplace reporting tools and creating actionable insights to assist trade
Work with E-commerce Manager to increase traffic & KPI’s with SEO optimisation and PPC campaigns across sites
Maintain affiliate channel
Adhoc E-commerce administration tasks
Competitor and product research
Price adjustments
Creation of promotional / marketing campaigns
Data entry into product management systems

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

Administrative/data entry experience is essential
Knowledge / Interest in marketplaces & ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, eBay and Amazon is ideal
Basic knowledge of Excel required. Advanced skills highly valued
Can-do, team-first attitude with a natural instinct to problem solve.
Ability to act both independently and in a team.
Efficient, organized, and able to juggle various tasks and changing priorities.
Pro-active, self-motivated, willing to take on new challenges and learn.
Contributes to a culture of high performance and mutual support, fostering collaboration across the organization.
Excellent communication skills with sales team, customers, support teams, and leadership teams.
You will need to have a flexible approach to your work.
