Job description
Main Function
  • Day-to-day management of the e-commerce website
  • Collaborate with all relevant departments to ensure successful e-commerce activity
  • Work with third-party retailers to continuously improve brand visibility, UX, and sales on their websites
  • Control and optimize the digital strategy and customer experience
Key Tasks
  • Manage all digital activities of the website (display of watches, returns and exchanges, payments, customer contact via phone and email), focusing on sales and customer service
  • Ensure that e-commerce activities align with the local and international marketing plans, coordinating with marketing and PR teams
  • Collaborate with agencies on digital campaigns alongside the Marketing Manager and Hamilton Head Office team
  • Monitor and optimize PPC, SEA, and retargeting campaigns daily
  • Coordinate with Swiss and local IT teams to ensure website performance
  • Control and optimize digital strategy across all owned channels and third-party retailers
  • Update and manage product content on the e-commerce website daily
  • Manage customer relationships via mail, phone, live chat, handling complaints, questions, and stock issues
  • Validate orders with fraud checks and process controls, manage cart abandonment issues
  • Analyze and report daily sales, traffic, and KPIs
  • Optimize traffic, sales, content, and customer experience continuously
  • Plan and implement A/B testing and UI optimizations to enhance the customer journey and sales
  • Manage the e-commerce executive and coordinator
Profile
Key Skills - Essential
  • Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce (agency or in-house)
  • Proficiency in Magento or other CMS platforms
  • Knowledge of SAP, Photoshop, MS Office tools, Google Analytics, Google Webmaster
  • Familiarity with digital platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google, Yahoo, apps, and smartphones
  • Basic understanding of SAP, HTML5, and website administration (preferable)
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Passion for customer service, luxury/fashion brands, and understanding the target audience
  • Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in technology, UX/design, and data-driven testing (A/B, multivariate)
  • Goal-oriented and performance-driven mindset
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
