The Opportunity
We’re hiring a E-Commerce Manager to take ownership of the Neutonic website and drive its performance. This is a UK-based role for someone who lives and breathes high-converting online stores — someone who knows how to translate traffic into sales, spot drop-off points, and work with designers and developers to create an exceptional user experience. The website has dual warehouse connections, and serves customers around the world. We also have a strong subscription base that is running through SKIO.
You’ll be responsible for leading the day-to-day running and strategic optimisation of our DTC store, working closely with our creative team, engineering partners, and growth leads. This is a key role as we scale up operations and look to unlock the next phase of growth through owned channels.
