Title: E-commerce Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 DOE + Bonus
Location: South Lincolnshire
Work Pattern: Hybrid

This is an EXCITING opportunity for an ambitious and talented Ecommerce Marketer to step into a growing business in a niche, fast-paced and highly rewarding role.

We're looking for an all-in-one with this role. Someone who can mix developing strategy with the Managing Director and then getting involved with the day-to-day execution too.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Developing and executing digital marketing strategies across SEO, PPC, email, and social media
  2. Leading website improvements and full-scale renewals to enhance UX and conversion rates
  3. Managing external marketing agencies to maximise ROI
  4. Taking ownership of social media and email marketing campaigns
  5. Working closely with leadership to shape the company's digital vision
What We're Looking For
  1. A proven track record in e-commerce and digital marketing
  2. Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media (especially Facebook & Instagram)
  3. Experience in web development management and UX improvements
  4. Hands-on design skills (Adobe or similar creative software)
  5. Advanced user of email marketing tools like Mailchimp
