Job summary

Silverstone is seeking a hands-on E-commerce Lead to drive the growth of its online merchandise business. You will own end-to-end online retail operations—from product launches and retail campaigns through fulfilment, customer experience and click & collect—within a fast-paced, event-led environment.

The role requires balancing commercial ownership with operational delivery and cross-functional collaboration, reporting to Head of Retail and supporting major events like Grand Prix and festival

Qualifications

• Experience in leading e-commerce or online retail growth.
• Ability to own end-to-end online store operations and campaigns.
• Strong data-driven decision making and KPI ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own the online store and drive revenue, conversion and customer value.
• Lead trading plans around major events and promotions.
• Manage product launches, discounts, and pre-orders.
• Oversee fulfilment, click & collect and customer experience.
• Coordinate with Marketing for brand-aligned campaigns and SEO.
