Location: New Southgate, London (N11)

Area: Retail

Salary: From £28,000 per annum

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 – 16:30

Every second Sunday is paid mandatory overtime

Some shifts may require team members to be on-site as early as 5am.

We are looking to recruit an experienced E-commerce Fulfilment Associate to join our friendly team based in our New Southgate Branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and packing orders across different store sections.
• Ensuring orders meet high-quality packing standards.
• Labeling and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Picking and preparing Click & Collect orders.
• Updating stock records and managing stock levels.
• Handling order-related customer queries via Zendesk.
• Processing customer returns and sample order requests.
• Daily manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 30kg.
• Replenishing stock within the warehouse.
  
  

Ideal Candidate

• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Physically capable of safely lifting up to 30kg.
• Comfortable working with warehouse management systems.
