Are you a hands-on, growth-driven e-commerce expert who thrives on building brands from the ground up?

I am seeking a world-class e-commerce professional to design, launch, manage, and scale a new direct-to-consumer (DTC) online business, with a strategic roadmap to expand into B2B markets.

This is a unique opportunity to join at inception and build a brand and business from scratch—bringing your full range of skills in website creation, marketing operations, and scaling strategies.

This opportunity is unrelated to my current business, 4 Aces Ltd, and pertains to a brand new venture. Just you and me!

Your Mission:

  1. Website Creation: Oversee the complete build of a high-performance, conversion-optimized e-commerce website (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento—platform of your recommendation).
  2. Brand Development: Collaborate on brand positioning, messaging, and customer journey mapping.
  3. Operations Setup: Implement back-end processes including order management, inventory systems, CRM, and customer service workflows.
  4. Marketing Ownership: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies—SEO, SEM, paid ads, email marketing, social commerce, affiliate programs.
  5. Growth and Scale: Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth with a clear plan for future B2B expansion.
  6. Optimization: Constantly analyze site and campaign performance, implement A/B tests, and apply data-driven improvements.
  7. Leadership: Build and lead a future team of marketers, developers, and account managers as the business scales.
