E-commerce Executive | Remote UK | 30 hours per week

Overview
As a D2C ecommerce specialist, you will be pivotal to the growth of our global ecommerce channels. You will be responsible for creating, publishing, merchandising and optimising digital content across our ecommerce platforms. You will collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations and Customer Service to prioritise web development projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong knowledge of web and retail, eager to learn and progress within ecommerce, and who enjoys Shopify, SEO, CRO and customer journeys.
Website Management
- Day-to-day management of the websites using Shopify, including setup and management of all products across international markets, ensuring copy, translations, images, pricing and metafields are up to date
- Determine, plan and manage visual merchandising, copy, product collections and stock for new product launches
- Plan and execute on-site promotions, manage discounting and pricing strategy
- Deliver digital assets for new product launches and campaigns, including landing pages that are optimised
- Proactively act to support performance trends and stock pockets
- Manage third party merchandising, including asset delivery
- Manage Shopify apps and other sales channels (e.g., Shop app)
- Scope development work and manage a web development agency on workflow, prioritise bug fixes, site optimisation and new features; liaise with the team on website needs
- Collaborate on website integrations (CRM such as Klaviyo, affiliate programmes, refer-a-friend platforms)
E-commerce Development
- Monitor website performance and optimise functionality and user experience
- Improve the end-to-end customer journey from discovery to repeat purchases, to optimise conversion and traffic
- Copy and content creation with a focus on SEO best practices
- Identify growth opportunities to drive new customer acquisition
- Design and test landing pages for product launches, marketing channels, pricing tests and customer cohorts
- Monitor ecommerce trends in the UK, EU and US and tailor the site per territory
- Report on performance, opportunities and market comparisons
About You
- 2-3 years Shopify experience working as an ecommerce executive at a D2C brand
- Data-driven; proficient in ecommerce tools such as Shopify, Google Analytics, heat mapping, etc.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Focus on automation and optimisation of platforms and processes
- Strong multi-project management skills and ability to juggle priorities
- This role spans Marketing and Operations and involves exposure to multiple projects
- Collaborative team player; ready to contribute across activities such as photoshoots, graphics, events, or general support
Terms + Conditions
- Salary: £28-33K dependent on experience
- Attendance: Remote with regular in-person meetings in London (currently up to 6 times a year, subject to change)
- Flexible working: part-time 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday between 8am–6pm
- Some flexibility required to support launches and seasonal campaigns
- Hours may increase as the role develops
- Holiday entitlement: 25 working days plus bank holidays, pro rata
- Additional pension contributions above statutory regulations
