Working hours: Boutique based. Working patterns across Monday to Sunday, with shifts allocated on a rota basis.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day management of online operations, ensuring products are processed, presented, and listed to the highest standards while delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and consignors.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce & Operations

• Accurately onboard incoming products onto the business's inventory and back-office systems.


• Write engaging, detailed, and SEO-optimised product descriptions for online listings.


• Coordinate product processing, photography, and online uploads to meet business deadlines.


• Photograph new arrivals using in-house equipment, maintaining high visual and presentation standards.


• Maintain accurate stock control and inventory records.


• Ensure stockrooms are organised, efficient, and maintained to a high standard.


• Support the presentation and upkeep of the retail environment, ensuring luxury standards are consistently upheld.


• Assist with operational projects, workflow improvements, and initiatives to support business growth.

Client Engagement & Sales

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, delivering a personalised, high-quality service.


• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries across email, social media, messaging platforms, and online forms.


• Support pricing enquiries and manage communications with consignors.


• Proactively contact prospective consignors to generate opportunities for luxury wardrobe collections and item consignments.


• Assist with in-store appointments and sales activities when required.


• Confidently recommend products, identify sales opportunities, and support upselling across online and in-store channels.
