Join our client's fast-growing team, based in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, as an E-commerce Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, you'll play a critical part in shaping their new activewear and sportswear apparel brand D2C, launched this year as part of a successful and well-established fashion house business.
The brand, A-Game (a-gameactive.com), offers technically advanced apparel emphasizing performance fabrics and functional details. It is built in tandem with a global iconic licensed brand, sharing infrastructure and supply networks. The brand has been launched online in the UK, EU, and North American markets.
About The Role:
A-Game requires a technically experienced, driven, and creative E-Commerce Manager to drive growth across multiple markets. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate to shape the future success of A-Game and to evolve within a fast-growing company.
Responsibilities Include:
Website:
- Manage the ongoing design and development of e-commerce websites with third-party developers.
- Optimize navigation, collections, search, and homepage.
- Implement best practices to improve current websites.
- Plan product collections, pages, content updates, and featured shops based on inventory and marketing priorities.
- Manage product launch calendar and collaborate with content teams for uploads.
- Monitor competitor and web sales trends to align with customer expectations.
Digital Marketing:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid media strategies across channels like Pinterest, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bid strategies to maximize ROI.
- Analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative teams to align ad content with campaign goals.
- Manage budgets to ensure effective spend and results.
- Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and new paid media opportunities.
Reporting:
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance and ROI.
- Control online sales budgets and forecast sales trends, especially during peak periods.
- Monitor stock levels using inventory planning software, and report weekly on site coverage.
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics to ensure inventory availability for launches and campaigns.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or data/analytics, preferably in fashion, sports apparel, or footwear.
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, TikTok Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager.
- Deep knowledge of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad optimization.
- Experience with performance marketing, focusing on leads, conversions, or sales.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting data-driven insights.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple campaigns.
- Technical expertise with Shopify/Shopify+ and ecommerce platforms.
- Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
