Job Description:

This position is based in Central Manchester at the Head Office. The company is a D2C basketball brand, AND1, which has a legendary status in basketball lifestyle. We are seeking a tech-savvy, data-driven, and creative E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate D2C growth across the UK and EU.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in Paid Social and e-commerce strategy, capable of making a significant impact on our iconic brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Website Management: Oversee e-commerce site development with third-party developers, optimize navigation, collections, UX, and product launches, and align online product drops with inventory and marketing priorities.
  • Digital Marketing & Paid Social: Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest; conduct A/B tests, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies; monitor metrics, deliver insights, and manage budgets; collaborate with creative/content teams; deliver performance reports and sales forecasts; manage marketing calendar and online trading budget; stay ahead of trends.
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate inventory with merchandising and logistics teams; ensure site readiness for key launches and promotions.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably in sportswear or footwear.
  • Proven success in Paid Social advertising on Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
