Job description

You have a startup mindset and a genuine interest in web marketing and e-commerce. You aspire to join a fast-paced and stimulating venture where you will play an active role in content creation, with a focus on new launches and executing daily e-commerce updates and projects. The E-commerce Content Assistant’s mission is to drive continuous improvement to our website, considering catalogue, conversion, and user perspectives.

Responsibilities Include
  • Upload and update content to product pages and website at large
  • Liaise daily with the Ecommerce Product Manager to manage the enrichment of our website pages
  • Work autonomously to meet launch milestones and respond proactively to unforeseen challenges
  • Enhance Excel exports to facilitate updating prices, product descriptions, and additional assets
  • Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure that product imagery and visual assets meet brand standards and enhance the user experience
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience
  • Assist in the creation of compelling product descriptions, feature lists, and other copywriting tasks to highlight the product catalogue
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in ecommerce content management
Candidates Requirements:
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and sensitivity to luxury
  • A positive attitude, good initiative, and enterprise
  • Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Problem-solver and a self-starter, with a track record of taking own initiative
  • Experience working in Content Management Systems such as Storyblok, Contentful, WordPress or similar
  • Experience working in E-commerce systems like Centra, Shopify, Magento or similar
  • Strong level of competence with Microsoft Suite, Jira and Canva
