Location: Notting Hill, London, W11

We are currently recruiting for an Ecommerce Coordinator & Copywriter to support the online team. As an essential part of the team, you will report to the Head of Ecommerce and work alongside the web team and relevant departments to ensure that the website is constantly updated and optimized.

This role is ideal for someone with strong writing skills, capable of adapting their voice to suit Couverture & The Garbstore’s brand ethos, and interested in growing within ecommerce. The role will focus on content creation in both written and visual formats, as well as assisting with daily activities such as product uploads, order processing, customer service, and administrative tasks.

The position is based in our Notting Hill office, working closely within a creatively driven, small team. It's a great opportunity for someone looking to establish themselves in the fashion/e-commerce industry, with training provided on industry best practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Product upload and website content management
• Analyze and manage all online content creation, including updates to core pages, product descriptions, and written content
• Writing engaging product descriptions and website content
• Collaborate with departments to ensure website assets are on-brand, accurate, and timely
• Assist with seasonal product uploads and data management within the CMS
• Copywriting to maintain consistent tone across platforms and press materials
• Create high-quality, engaging, and unique content for the online store, tailored to customer groups
• Conduct research to inform copywriting, working independently under deadlines
• Support digital marketing efforts, including newsletters and SEO strategies
• Implement website optimizations and resolve errors promptly
• Organize related product suggestions to drive sales
• Assist with seasonal sale setups
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, especially during peak times
• Manage order processing and stock levels in collaboration with the store

Requirements:

• Excellent spelling and grammar with keen attention to detail
• Organized with multitasking and time management skills

• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative attitude
• Experience in a similar role; ecommerce and retail experience preferred
