Secret Creation is a rapidly growing e-commerce business based in Hailsham, East Sussex, specializing in high-quality personalized gifts and products. We're scaling from one-off custom items to high-volume production and need someone with a "get it done" attitude to join our expanding team.

We believe in leading from the front, not micromanaging, and hiring people who can hit the ground running and we're actively implementing AI tools to stay ahead of the competition.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on E-Commerce Assistant to support our multi-platform growth across Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and emerging channels like TikTok Shop. You'll be responsible for getting our large product range live and generating revenue across all platforms.

This isn't typical admin work - you'll be directly impacting sales from day one. Perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to take ownership of their work.

What You'll Do

• Upload and optimize product listings across multiple platforms (Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop)
• Create compelling product descriptions that actually sell products
• Input and maintain accurate product data, pricing, and inventory levels
• Research and implement keywords for better search visibility
• Quality check listings for accuracy and consistency
• Support promotional campaigns and seasonal product launches
• Use AI tools to streamline listing creation and optimization
• Monitor platform performance and update listings based on data
• Handle basic customer service inquiries across platforms

Who You Are

Essential:

• Experience in fast-paced E-commerce environments
• Comfortable with online platforms and learning new technology quickly
• Excellent attention to detail without losing speed
• Strong written English for product descriptions
• Self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision
• Can handle repetitive tasks while maintaining quality

Perfect Background:

• Previous ecommerce role in retail or manufactering
• Experience with online marketplaces
• Basic spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Interest in social media and online shopping trends

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with Etsy, Amazon,,shopify, eBay
• Basic photo editing skills
• SEO or keyword research experience
