Main purpose of the role:

In this role you will work alongside and report to our Head of E-Commerce and E-Commerce Executive to undertake a range of digital-related tasks and take ownership of the quality of the content on our sites and apps. You will learn all about our business and e-commerce and you’ll have the opportunity to grow within our organisation.

Roles & responsibilities:

  1. Create product listings within Shopify and update content ahead of launches, sales, and events.
  2. Collaborate with the Design Team to create product descriptions and product bullet points.
  3. Manage website content to ensure products are presented correctly and images are placed appropriately across multiple stores.
  4. Work with the Brand Team to update website and app banners.
  5. Ensure the accuracy of information on the website, including pricing and promotions.
  6. Maintain a positive online experience for all customers.
  7. Conduct regular reviews of the website.
  8. Provide digital support during high trading seasons.
  9. Collaborate with the E-Commerce Executive to resolve potential issues.
  10. Perform any other duties as required by your manager.

Requirements:

  1. Graduate or Entry level with 1 year’s experience.
  2. Attention to detail and structured thinker – Must have strong organisational skills and willingness to learn the digital environment.
  3. Ideally with knowledge of websites, digital marketing, and other digital media.
  4. Competent user of Microsoft/Mac suites (Sheets, Numbers, etc.).
  5. Experience using content editing software and Shopify would be advantageous but not necessary.
  6. Excellent written English and verbal communication skills.
  7. Driven work ethic, taking ownership of your work/role.
  8. Passionate about making a difference.
  9. Have a keen interest in e-commerce and trends in the digital environment.
  10. Good organisational and planning skills.
  11. Attention to detail – proofreading material.
  12. Interest in the fitness industry would be advantageous.
  13. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or Economics (desirable).
  14. Previous experience using Shopify or Shopify Plus (desirable).
