Job summary

Mulberry is seeking a proactive Pre-Loved Merchandising assistant to support the day-to-day running of Pre-Loved. Reporting to the Head of Merchandising UK & EU, you will help on product setup, pricing, stock management, reporting and trading across multiple regions.

You will manage catalog elements on Hybris/Shopify and contribute to performance reporting using Excel and BI tools, collaborating with Buying, Merchandising, Planning, Retail Ops, Logistics and Digital teams to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in sustainability and circular fashion.
• Excellent numeracy and commercial acumen.
• Able to learn new processes and systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Pre-Loved product catalogue across e-commerce platforms.
• Own Pre-Loved product reports using Excel/Sheets/BI tools.
• Launch new products across regions on Mulberry.com.
• Load RRPs based on historic performance and margins.
• Collaborate with regional teams to tailor stock for sites/stores.
• Maintain PLP merchandising and badge management across regions.
• Highlight stock opportunities from performance data.
• Address Pre-Loved queries from Digital Customer Care.
• Work with multiple teams across the business (Buying, Merchandising, Planning, Ops, Logistics, Marketing).
• Benchmark against peers and propose improvements to Mulberry.com.
