Job summary

Une entreprise recherche un E-Billing Officer enthousiaste pour rejoindre son équipe de contrôle des revenus. Le candidat idéal doit avoir une expérience dans les processus de facturation et de capital de travail et être familier avec les logiciels d'e-billing comme TyMetrix 360 et Legal Tracker. Ce poste de 6 à 9 mois demande également une capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à respecter des délais serrés, tout en gérant les demandes des utilisateurs internes et externes. Les candidats doivent avoir un permis de travail résident à Guernesey.

Qualifications

  • Expérience en capital de travail et processus de facturation.
  • Connaissance de l'e-facturation et procédures comptables générales.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à résoudre des problèmes techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Administration quotidienne de la facturation et de l'e-facturation.
  • Soutien à la gestion efficace du capital de travail et amélioration du flux de trésorerie.

Job description

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, self-starter with experience in E-Billing / billing and working capital to join our client's revenue control team as an E-Billing Officer on a fixed term contract (6-9 months).

In this role you will provide day to day administration for revenue control, billing and e-billing to support the effective management of working capital, improving cash flow and limiting exposure to bad debt.

Our client is looking for a candidate with experience in working capital and billing processes, working knowledge of the E-Billing process and other general accounting procedures, and experience working with E-Billing software: TyMetrix 360, Legal Tracker, CounselLink or Collaborati is strongly preferred.

You will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and effectively with individuals at all levels, have demonstrable experience of proactively identifying and resolving technical issues, and user (internal and external) queries, with the ability to meet deadlines, work well under pressure and prioritise work.
