Job description

The Working Capital team is responsible for ensuring that client invoices are generated & collected correctly and in a timely manner. It provides a support service to the partners in achieving their Working Capital goals. E-billing is an important part of that function.

Responsibilities
  • Take instructions to raise draft bills which, once approved, can be submitted to the billing portal for the client that is being billed.
  • Monitor the amount of e-bills produced, and track the progress of bills through the various e-billing portals.
  • Develop strong working relationships with partners to understand and support their client E-billing needs.
  • Maintain an audit trail of write-off requests for designated partner groups. General matter maintenance, e.g., rate maintenance.
  • Provide assistance to partners on E-billing matter management issues generally. Check new E-billing matters to ensure that matters are bill-ready following the Matter Data verification process.
  • Produce escalation reports.
  • Ensure budgets and matters are correctly set up on each Billing Portal.
  • Experience with E-billing portals.
  • Microsoft Office Excel experience.
  • Use of 3e is preferable but not essential.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Attention to detail.
