As a member of the E-7 Training Team at RAF Lossiemouth, you will lead the successful implementation and through-life maintenance of a project of critical importance to our company, defence, and customer security. The role:

Reporting to the E-7 Training Delivery Manager, the E-7 Aircrew Course Design Specialist is responsible for analyzing, designing, delivering, and assuring course material, specifically:

  • Design and maintain Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) aligned aircrew training courseware and materials for the UK E-7 fleet, including:
  • Aircrew training (E-7 Mission Crew and Pilots) covering theory and practical elements to Limited Combat Ready (LCR) standards.
  • Familiarisation training for 4th Target Audience.
  • Other training as directed by the Authority.
  • Analyze the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training projects and curricula, and assist in evaluating new strategies, methods, technologies, and tools related to course design, development, and delivery.
Preferred background and experience:
  • Experience in UK military training, specifically in course design and aircrew training delivery.
  • Experience with UK ISR and/or C2 platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of course design methods and experience in developing instructor-led courseware.
  • Experience operating within the guidance of the MOD JSP 822.

This role is based at RAF Lossiemouth; remote working is not available.
