Role: Dynatrace Specialist/Consultant

Location: Cambridge, UK (Hybrid)

Employment type: Contract

Experience: 7+ years

Key Responsibilities

1. Good understanding and usage of programming languages such as JAVA, .NET, Node.js, PHP, C, C++, HTML, etc.
2. Knowledge of middleware like WebLogic, WebSphere, etc.
3. Thorough knowledge of application performance issues in complex multi-tiered environments.
4. Requirement gathering and environment analysis from an APM perspective.
5. In-depth understanding of Dynatrace license constructs.
6. Hands-on experience with Dynatrace implementation, configuration, and customization.
7. Capability to manage and deliver complete Dynatrace deployments in complex environments within tight timelines.
8. Experience in creating custom configurations and alerts to ensure full tool functionality.
9. Expertise in troubleshooting and analyzing performance metrics to diagnose system problems efficiently.
10. Ability to integrate Dynatrace with ITSM, CI/CD, and QA/Performance Testing tools.
11. Creating custom dashboards based on client requirements.
12. Strong knowledge of APM KPIs and reporting.
13. Delivering client PoC/PoV to demonstrate tool benefits.
14. Documenting resolved issues for knowledge management.
15. Cross-training peers and developing best practices.
