Job summary

Pearson Carter Limited in Weybridge is recruiting a Business Applications Manager to own the core business systems, with NAV at the center and a planned move to Dynamics 365 Business Central in January 2029.

Working with the Head of IT, you will support users, drive process improvements, manage external partners, and help shape the long-term applications strategy while delivering hands-on NAV/BC expertise.

Qualifications

• Requires strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
• Experience as an internal NAV/BC SME or business systems specialist.
• Knowledge of core business processes including Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory and Warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day management and development of core business applications, with NAV at the center.
• Provide hands-on NAV support, manage configuration and system improvements, and work with users to understand requirements and identify improvements.
• Manage relationships with external IT and software support partners, offering input across the wider business applications environment.
• Support transition to Business Central planned for 2029 and help shape the future systems landscape.
