Senior Dynamics Functional Consultant

Hybrid (3 days a week in Central London)

Up to £100k starting salary (dependent on experience).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Customize and configure the company's Dynamics applications to meet business requirements, including creation of entities, fields, forms, workflows, etc.
• Gather requirements, contribute ideas, and manage requests in backlogs.
• Collaborate with Solution Providers to ensure effective testing of solution versions.
• Support colleagues working with end users on Dynamics systems.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Dynamics CRM.
• Expertise in Sales Module; experience with Customer Service and Marketing modules is advantageous.
• Well-organized, driven, and ambitious with a focus on providing exceptional solutions.
• Experience working in Financial Services.
• Flexible, hybrid working model (3 days a week in Central London).
