We are seeking a talented and experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to join our growing technology team. You will play a key role in the development and enhancement of our bespoke CRM platform, used by Raymond James to support wealth management professionals in delivering exceptional client service.

This is a hands-on development role covering both front-end and back-end work, with a strong focus on integration, configuration, and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the wider Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and integrate solutions within Dynamics 365 / Dataverse
• Build and maintain integrations using: Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), SharePoint Online, Power BI, third-party plugins and APIs
• Customise Dynamics 365 entities, forms, views, flows, and security roles
• Develop plugins, web resources, and custom workflows
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Conduct preliminary testing and support deployment activities
• Collaborate with development, delivery, and business teams across the full SDLC
• Occasionally support out-of-hours deployments

Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development
• Strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SQL, XML, JSON
• Experience with Azure services and integration patterns
• Familiarity with the Power Platform and Dataverse
• Proven ability to write and maintain plugins, custom workflows, and web resources
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 security model and solution packaging
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Desirable:

• Experience with SharePoint Online and Power BI
• Background in change management and systems integration projects
