Dynamics CRM / CE Technical Lead | Central Government | SC-Cleared | 6 months | London, on-site | £600 - £700 a day inside IR35

Technical Lead – Dynamics CRM Implementation

Pigment Consulting is a bold, digitally-enabled transformation consultancy delivering impactful change across Central Government & Defence. We are currently looking for a Technical Lead to guide our Dynamics CRM delivery team, ensuring scalability, quality, and performance across the solution.

You’ll be a hands-on architect and mentor, supporting development efforts, resolving escalations, and assigning delivery tasks across the sprint team.

This is a vital role in ensuring the solution is robust, scalable, and fit for future growth, while also serving as the technical escalation point for the project.

Please note that due to the urgency and sensitivity of our program, our Tech Lead must be actively SC Cleared.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical architecture and oversee development/configuration across CRM modules.
  • Assess scalability, performance, and technical design integrity across the implementation.
  • Assign development tasks and provide technical support and mentoring to team members.
  • Resolve complex technical issues and guide the team on best practices.
  • Engage in solution reviews, sprint planning, and stakeholder dialogue.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in technical leadership roles on Dynamics CRM/365 projects.
  • Strong architecture, configuration, and custom development experience.
  • Ability to manage team workload and balance hands-on contribution with oversight.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in agile and government/public sector environments is desirable.
