This is a hybrid role with a base location at one of our offices across England. Candidates may be expected to work from a main office once per month.

Responsibilities

• As our Dynamics CRM Technical Consultant, you'll develop and support our Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing systems (including Customer Insights - Journeys) and customers aligned to our Latimer development business.
• Ensure support tickets are logged, triaged, and resolved quickly; keep customers informed of progress and ensure systems are kept up to date in line with supplier releases.
• Engage with customers regularly and publicise new features introduced in each release; ensure change is managed safely by following our change & release process.
• Lead planning, development, and support of our Dynamics Sales and Marketing technical solutions under the guidance of solution architects; prioritise quality and resilience.
• Demonstrate Dynamics experience with plugins, business process workflows, Microsoft Power Platform services, building solutions, administering release pipelines and Dataverse customization.
• Develop, extend, implement, document and support the Clarion Dynamics Sales and Marketing systems and associated services; create technical design documents and knowledge base articles.
• Support the Functional Consultants and share knowledge, advising on best practice.
• If holding a Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Certification (or equivalent), leverage this experience in the role.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in supporting and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing solutions and the ability to translate business problems into appropriate technical solutions.
• Ability to work with guidance from technical leads and solution architects to design and implement new solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Hybrid working experience and flexibility.
