The Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform Administrator is responsible for the administration, governance, capacity planning, and continuous improvement of the organisation’s Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environments. The role ensures systems are maintained to high standards of security, performance, and operational efficiency, aligning platform capabilities with business needs through effective change control processes.

As part of the IT Services Cloud team, the administrator supports enterprise digital transformation initiatives, ensuring reliable and scalable operation of critical business applications. By promoting best practices and driving user adoption, the administrator maximizes the return on investment in Microsoft technologies and contributes to organisational goals.

What you'll be doing

• Administer and manage Dynamics 365 instances and Power Platform environments (Dev, Test, Prod).
• Monitor system health and performance; manage capacity and licensing.
• Ensure platform governance, change management, security, and compliance adhere to policies.
• Perform system audits, configuration changes, and apply patches.
• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for end-users and resolve system issues.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience in administering, configuring, and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, especially Customer Insights - Journeys, Customer Service Hub, and Sales Hub.
• Proficiency in Power Platform administration: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Admin Centre.
• Knowledge of Dataverse architecture, security, and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of security roles, teams, and business units in D365 CRM.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools for CI/CD in Power Platform (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
