Atos is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM professional for UK-based work with remote options. The role focuses on delivering innovative Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions to government departments and other clients, driving architecture, workshops, and end-to-end deployments.

You will work within our Dynamics Practice and Power Platform Team, collaborating with clients to shape digital transformations while maintaining security, compliance, and delivery excellence.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including large end-to-end implementations.
• Strong knowledge of D365 CRM specialising in customer service and SDLC.
• Ability to gather requirements, run customer workshops, and translate technical language for stakeholders.

Our Dynamics Practice and Power Platform Team is at the forefront of delivering innovative, high-impact solutions to major government departments and other non- government agencies. We’re working on a variety of exciting projects that push the boundaries of automation, architecture, and artificial intelligence.

Skills we can’t do without:

• Professional experience of minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including a track record of large end-to-end implementations.
• Strong knowledge of D365 CRM specialising in customer service, and SDLC Software Development Lifecycle.
• An understanding of gathering requirements, conducting customer workshops, translating technical language into everyday terminology.
• Experience with implementing enterprise scale Dynamics CRM solutions
• Optionally experience of other Dynamics modules, such as Customer Insights, Field Service and Sales.

Location:

This role is UK-based and offers a remote working opportunity, with occasional UK domestic travel as required.

Additional requirement:

Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain SC clearance (already holding an SC clearance might be an advantage).
