We're seeking a skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform to join their dynamic team.

What You'll Do:

As a Techno-Functional Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and optimising solutions that bridge business needs with technical capabilities. Your role will involve capturing detailed user requirements, leading workshops, and configuring both Dynamics 365 CE modules and Power Platform components.

Key Responsibilities:

Consultancy Expertise:
* Deliver expert consultancy on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, both on-premises and cloud-based.
* Lead and facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with clients to ensure comprehensive understanding of needs.

Solution Design & Configuration:
* Customise and configure Dynamics CRM solutions, including workflows and reporting tools.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure solutions function as intended.

Power Platform Development:
* Develop and integrate solutions using Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power BI.
* Create effective solutions that align with business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

Functional and Technical Consultancy:
* Provide both functional and technical consultancy on new projects, enhancements, and change requests.
* Adapt and refine existing solutions to meet evolving customer needs.

Initiative and Collaboration:
* Take initiative in configuring, testing, and deploying solutions based on business specifications.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

Qualifications:

* Proficiency in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
* Experience in customising and configuring Power Platform apps, flows, and portals.
* Hands-on experience with Dynamics Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing modules.
* PL200 Power Platform certification is preferred.
