The Role
We are working with a leading end customer in the housing sector who are implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to their UK entities at the moment who are seeking an experienced D365 CE Developer to join their growing team.

As D365 CE Developer you will be responsible for the technical design, implementation, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform solutions. The candidate will ideally have pro-code experience including C# to design, develop, and implement solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CE using Power Platform, Plugins, and Azure services

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform.
• Design and implement Plugins, Custom Workflows, Power Automate Flows, and Web Resources.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Customize forms, views, and dashboards to enhance user experience.
• Develop and deploy PowerApps and Power Automate solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 CE performance and functionality issues.
• Maintain best practices in solution design, development, and deployment.

• 4+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Developer.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience developing Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, and Web Resources.
• Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with external applications using REST APIs, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse (Common Data Service) architecture.
• Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
