Job Description:

My client, a growing Microsoft Partner, is seeking an experienced Business Central Systems Manager to oversee the management, optimisation, and strategic development of their internal and client-facing BC systems. This leadership role requires a strong functional and technical understanding of Business Central, with a focus on system improvements and operational management.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of Dynamics 365 Business Central environments
  • Plan, configure, and optimise BC to meet business needs
  • Act as internal BC product owner, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes
  • Oversee system upgrades, patches, and feature rollouts with minimal disruption
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across BC instances
  • Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and vendors for system enhancements
  • Manage user access, licensing, training, and support
  • Identify workflow streamlining and process automation opportunities within BC
  • Generate reports and dashboards for business decision-making
  • Stay updated with BC updates and best practices, recommending enhancements proactively
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Experience managing Dynamics NAV or Dynamics 365 Business Central systems
