A leading technology consulting firm in London is seeking an experienced Dynamics AX - Functional Merchandising professional to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics AX, particularly in retail merchandising, and will play a key role in system implementation and client interaction. Qualifications

• 5+ years of Dynamics AX functional experience with a preference for AX 2012 R3.
• Experience in at least one full lifecycle implementation including customizations and testing.

Job Description

Blackapple Solutions Ltd is currently seeking an experienced Dynamics AX - Functional Merchandising professional for a contract position based in London. We are looking for candidates with:

1. 5+ years of Dynamics AX functional experience, preferably including AX 2012 R3.
2. Experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation, including requirement gathering, process mapping, solution design, customizations, system configuration, data migration, and testing.
3. Knowledge of key AX modules: Retail HQ, MRP, Sales and Marketing, Inventory Management, Product Information Management, Procurement and Sourcing, WMS, TMS, POS.
4. Functional process expertise in retail merchandising, store replenishment, wholesale customer orders, trade agreements, concession stores, franchise, intercompany replenishment using MRP, and direct deliveries.
5. Strong communication and client interaction skills, with the ability to lead functional workshops.
6. Proficiency in gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting business/system processes, and creating functional specifications for customizations.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with multiple stakeholders.
8. Experience in integrating AX with third-party systems like external POS and WMS is desirable.
