Base pay range

Your New Company: A large, well-respected organisation is looking for a Lead Dynamics AX Analyst to support a transformation programme to upgrade its AX Dynamics ERP estate to a new landscape. You will support the Head of Applications and be a key member of the Business Applications team. This is a Fixed Term Contract for 2 years.

Your New Role

In this role, you will manage the Business Applications team during the Microsoft Dynamics AX upgrade. You will coordinate with IT to ensure service continuity for Business Systems. Responsibilities include conducting root cause analysis, resolving issues, and implementing preventive measures related to data, application code, and user-generated system issues. You will also gather, understand, translate, and document solution requirements to achieve desired outcomes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience leading and developing a team of technical specialists, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders
• Hands-on knowledge of desktop applications
• Experience with various AX modules such as F&O, HR, Production
• Proficiency in writing Transact-SQL queries, X++, and understanding of AX Dynamics architecture
• Experience with SharePoint 2013 and DocuSign configuration and administration
• Experience integrating with third-party applications
• Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills
• Ability to develop and interpret technical documentation
