Dynamics 365 Training Lead - Dynamics 365, D365 F&O, Dynamics 365 Finance, D365 CE, D365 CRM, D365 customer engagement, D365 functional consultant, Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Functional Consultant, D365 Trainer, D365 training lead, D365 lead trainer, Dynamics 365 Trainer - Cambridge - £500-£525 per day, outside IR35

Our leading client, in the manufacturing industry, are rolling out a global solution of D365FO. They require an experienced D365FO Training Lead to join their implementation programme for the next 6 months initially.

This role is a hybrid position, working up to 50% of the time out of my client's Cambridgeshire office, with potential travel to other sites in the UK and EU.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with delivering D365 training programs
  • Familiarity with ERP solution principles.
  • Knowledge of modern learning methodologies and adult learning principles delivered in various formats, for example, e-learning, face to face learning.
  • Proven experience in a Training Manager or Learning & Development leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of training lifecycle - from strategy to delivery and evaluation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience conducting and delivering documented TNAs in complex environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review of training strategy and previous approach
  • Engage with 3rd party training providers
  • Define scope of work, timelines, deliverables
  • Engage with senior stakeholders across the business to understand needs
  • At as focal point for business when dealing with 3rd parties
  • Oversee delivery of training sessions
  • Track and report on progress, effectiveness, participation

Location: Cambridge
