Job summary

Falconsmartit is seeking a Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and modern automation frameworks using Playwright with .NET (C#) to build scalable automation across UI and API layers.

You will integrate automation with Azure DevOps pipelines, support regression and E2E suites, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to raise quality and reliability of enterprise applications.

Qualifications

Experience designing and implementing UI and API automation frameworks.
Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.
Proficient in Playwright with .NET (C#) and data-driven testing.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain UI and API automation frameworks using Playwright (.NET / C#).
Implement test automation for Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service).
Develop data-driven and reusable automation solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
Integrate automation suites with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders during 3 Amigos / sprint ceremonies.
Perform test automation code reviews and enforce best practices.
Build and maintain test reports, dashboards, and observability metrics.
Ensure automation aligns with shift-left and continuous testing strategies.
Support regression, smoke, and E2E automation suites.
Identify automation gaps and propose improvements.
