Migrant Help is seeking a Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to join their Technology and Transformation team. The ideal candidate will bridge communication between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective support for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, managing support tickets, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Migrant Help have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to join our Technology and Transformation team. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £39,000 per annum.

The Dynamics 365 Support Analyst role:
As our Dynamics 365 Support Analyst, You will act as a key link between business users, internal technology teams, and external support providers. This role ensures Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions are effectively supported and aligned with operational needs. Internally, the analyst works closely with business units to understand their use of Dynamics 365 applications, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for improvement. Externally, the role involves managing support tickets and liaising with third-parties to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
