Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking a Dynamics 365/ Power Platform Solution Architect for a home-based role with travel to client sites as needed. You will design and architect D365 CE/ PP solutions to meet customer requirements, and play a key role in promoting best practices within the Microsoft practice.

You will work with a senior team to drive strategy and growth across multiple projects, including pre-sales discovery, while leading a talented delivery team.

Qualifications

• Senior consulting and lead capacity with Dynamics 365 CE/ Power Platform.
• Strong functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/ CRM.
• Full Power Platform programme delivery experience (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages).
• Competency across Microsoft stack: Azure DevOps, Dataverse, SharePoint.
• Proven experience in team leadership/ management.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect Dynamics 365 CE/ PP solutions to meet customer requirements and best practices.
• Lead the Microsoft practice as Solution Architect and promote implementation best practices.
• Collaborate with senior team to shape strategy and direction for growth of the practice.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously, including pre-sales discovery work.

My client is a reputable digital transformation provider, with an award winning Dynamics 365 implementation practice; spanning both ERP & CRM. The company holds a phenomenal reputation for customer satisfaction/ service efficiency, and they are one of the recognised partner's of choice in their specific field.

My client requires a skilled Dynamics 365/ Power Platform Solution Architect, with a proven track record in D365/ PP project delivery. Successful candidates will hold a high level of functional knowledge of the Dynamics 365/ Power Platform product suite, and have experience in the full design and architecture of Dynamics 365 solutions; across a variety of sectors.

This role is home based, with expectation of regular travel to client site; project phase dependant.

Responsibilities of the role

• Design and architect Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/ PP solutions to best satisfy a customer’s requirements within the constraints and best practice guidelines.
• Take a key role within the Microsoft practice as Solution Architect; promoting functional best practice in delivery
• Work closely with a senior team to build strategy/ direction to ensure successful and complete growth of the practice
• Work across multiple projects at any one time as well as providing support to the wider team when required, including pre-sales discovery work

Skill set

• Proven experience working in a senior consulting and lead capacity with Dynamics 365 CE/ Power Platform
• Strong functional solution knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/ CRM
• Full Power Platform programme delivery experience (inc. Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages)
• Competency across the wider Microsoft technology stack utilising Azure DevOps, Dataverse, SharePoint
• Confident management ability, proven experience in team leadership/ management
