Job Summary:

The Dynamics 365 Power Platform Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of CRM projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development: Develop custom solutions where appropriate and utilize Power Platform capabilities to fulfill business needs.

Integration: Integrate Dynamics CRM with internal and external systems.

Testing and Deployment: Support user acceptance testing and deploy solutions using repeatable CI/CD protocols.

Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing CRM solutions.

Monitoring: Perform health checks on Dynamics environments and gather analytics.

Knowledge: Stay updated on wave releases and advise stakeholders on upcoming changes.

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, test plans, and user guides.

Collaboration: Work with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
