What you'll be doing

Building clean, maintainable features and resolving end-to-end issues with a thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach to drive effective customer outcomes
Managing technical debt proactively to ensure our systems remain secure, resilient, and reliable
Improving testing strategies to uphold exceptional customer experiences, with a strong focus on security, usability, and accessibility
Participating in code reviews that consider both functional and non-functional requirements—performance, maintainability, resiliency, and security
Enhancing team practices across security, quality, deployment, monitoring, and operations to support seamless and safe production releases
Contributing actively to team discussions and knowledge sharing to foster collaboration and ensure smooth sprint delivery
Developing your skills through ongoing training and continuous learning aligned with your role and discipline
Upholding Legal & General’s principles on Customer Experience and Treating Customers Fairly in all aspects of our work
