Job summary

MCS Group | Your Specialist Recruitment Consultancy is partnering with a Northern Ireland organisation to recruit a Business Applications Integration Analyst in Belfast. The role focuses on Dynamics 365 Business Central, system integrations and Power Platform to improve data flows and automate processes.

You will work across ERP, warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, HR and reporting, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver practical technical improvements and

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and improving business applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with ERP platforms, preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience integrating applications via APIs, XML, JSON, CSV, EDI or secure file transfers.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd-line support for business-critical applications.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Develop and enhance business applications per operational needs.
• Design, implement and support integrations via APIs, web services, EDI and file transfers.
• Develop automation using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Support ongoing Dynamics 365 Business Central development and deployment.
• Collaborate with third-party suppliers to review technical solutions.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical improvements.
• Support ERP, warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, HR, payroll and reporting systems.
• Maintain clear system and technical documentation.
