Dynamics 365 Field Service Certification Trainer

Short-term Contract Position

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service specialist to deliver focused training and preparation for two students sitting the MB-240 certification exam. This is a short-term contract engagement with the potential for future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a comprehensive training programme specifically tailored for the MB-240 exam
• Conduct assessment of current knowledge gaps and create personalised learning paths
• Provide hands-on practice scenarios and simulated exam environments
• Deliver expert coaching on exam techniques and strategies
• Monitor progress and adapt training approach as needed
• Provide supplementary learning materials and resources

Required Qualifications

• Current Microsoft MB-240 certification holder with demonstrable expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service
• Previous experience successfully preparing candidates for Microsoft certification exams
• Strong understanding of the MB-240 exam structure, content and typical challenge areas
• Excellent communication and training skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Experience working with UK-based organisations and professionals
