Job Description:

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 F&O Architect specialized in finance and bank integration to join the Solutions Team for the Renewable Energy Portfolio section of an important Swedish holding with headquarters in Netherlands.

The Dynamics 365 Architect will be responsible for designing and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions that meet the business requirements of our base accounting, purchase to pay process, and reporting in different countries. The Architect will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs.

Location: Hybrid (Leiden office)

Types of contract: Freelance, Full-time, or contract to hire

Working Hours/Schedule: 9:00 – 17:00

Additional Benefits: 13th month bonus salary

Responsibilities:

1. Architecture Design: Design and drive the Dynamics 365 architecture to meet business needs.
2. Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documents, including design specs, test plans, and deployment plans.
3. Collaboration: Work with other architects and developers to ensure consistent and sustainable solutions integrated with other systems.
4. Resource Management: Manage resources to maximize efficiency and performance.
5. External Resources: Manage external resources during portfolio development, ensuring delivery according to plans.
6. Continuous Learning: Keep updated with Dynamics 365 features and leverage new functionalities.
7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks related to Dynamics 365 implementations.

Requirements:

1. Education: University degree in computer science, finance, or related field.
2. Experience: 3+ years with Dynamics 365 F&O architecture; 5+ years as a cloud solutions architect.
3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O modules, data modeling, system integration across countries and business units.
4. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills; international experience and cultural awareness.
5. Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
