Job summary

Interface Recruitment is seeking an experienced ERP professional to shape and improve business systems within a growing international organisation. You will work on Dynamics 365 Business Central/Navision and support migration and process improvements.

Reporting to the IT & Business Systems function, you will closely collaborate with senior management to drive ERP improvements, manage data migrations, and deliver effective user training across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or implementing ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / Navision.
• Experience with data migration and system integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering user support and training.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Manufacturing or multi-site business experience.
• Exposure to SQL or database reporting.
• Ability to contribute to ERP strategy and migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing and enhancing the ERP environment with a focus on Dynamics BC/Navision.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners to improve functionality.
• Support data migration activities and deliver user training.
• Deliver reporting enhancements and system integrations.
• Coordinate ERP developments and migrations for international initiatives.
• Provide first-line ERP support to users across multiple sites.
• Assist with continuous improvement across finance, operations and commercial.
• Support ERP audits, system reviews and best practice improvements.
• Contribute to future group-wide ERP migration and upgrade projects.
