Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Service Specialist to enhance and support CRM operations for a public sector client. This hybrid role in Manchester involves configuring Dynamics 365, building automation flows, and maintaining Microsoft 365 services. Strong experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform is essential, along with excellent communication skills. A contract rate of £400-£500 per day inside IR35 is offered.

Qualifications

  • 6 months of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

Dynamics 365 Customer Service Specialist

Dynamics 365 Customer Service Specialist required to support our public sector client to work across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 environments, supporting BAU operations as well as driving enhancements and integrations.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be configuring, customising, and optimising the CRM platform, while also administering associated Microsoft 365 services.

Dynamics 365 Customer Service Specialist - Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop CMS change requests
  • Monitor and improve performance using Dataverse Application Insights
  • Build automation flows using Power Automate to reduce manual tasks
  • Utilise WebAPI for integrations and data operations
  • Maintain the Dynamics 365 Contact Center, including:
  • Copilot Studio – build voice/chat bots
  • Copilot Analytics – track and optimise performance
  • Configure and maintain MSCRMAddons and other CRM enhancements
  • Provide BAU support for CMS, SharePoint, Teams, and related services

Dynamics 365 Customer Service Specialist – Experience required

  • Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service
  • Solid understanding of Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Experience with WebAPI integrations
  • Exposure to Copilot Studio / Copilot Analytics highly desirable
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint, Teams)
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

6 month contract- £400-£500 per day inside IR35. Hybrid working, remote with 2 days per week on site in Manchester.
